The Student Financial Services administers, bills, and collects student charges and provides revenue-related services for the campus. We manage repayment of certain educational loans. Because Keene State College is committed to helping every student be successful in their academic endeavor, the Student Financial Services works to deliver the best possible customer service, accurate information, and financial options for our students and families. - Continuing Education courses 500 level or higher are billed at the Graduate level.
- Military* average per credit cost for a degree program:
- Out-of-State: $23,810 x 4 = $95,240/120 (credits) = $793.67 per credit
- In-State: $11,754 x 4 = $47,016/120 (credits) = $392.00 per credit
- Pre-licensure nursing students pay a $525.00 tuition differential in each of their four clinical semesters.

Billing and Payment
Keene State College bills electronically, posting electronic billing statements to QuikPAY, a web-based service that provides view, print, and payment options.
- Semester charges for tuition, fees, room, and board must be paid in advance.
- Semester Payment Deadlines:
- Fall - Second Friday in August
- Spring - Third Friday in December
- Summer - Last Friday in April
